Saint-Jean-de-Boiseau

Located at the south-west of Nantes urban community territory, the city offers a soothing living environment thanks to the presence of water and to the leafy setting of the hills of the Loire Valley, and is at the same time, close to the large and dynamic urban area of Nantes. With its renovated downtown, Saint-Jean-de-Boiseau has opted for quality of life!

Downtown opens out on to the park of the Château du Pé. Completely renovated, this 7 hectare woody area is a place for walking that offers a splendid panoramic view on the estuary. Still in the process of being renovated, it will be used in the future as a cultural place and as a lodge for hikers and touring cyclists.

Many pedestrian paths lead to the different villages of the town. The villages of Boiseau and La Télindière keep the remnants of a Loire-oriented past. The small chapel of Bethléem (15th century) attracts lots of visitors for the richness of its exterior pinnacles.
