The interior was designed by two particularly creative Dutch designers: Kia Kubic and Douwe Hoekstra \u2013 it is worthy to note that Hoekstra works for Atelier Van Lieshout (L\u2019Absence).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the Cantine de Nantes they also imagined a custom-built spit roast and state-of-the-art barbecues to cook chicken and other poultry, whole hams, or fish skewers \u2013 depending on what was available at the farmer\u2019s markets.
